Do all applicants compete as a group regardless of major or is there any difference in the level of competition depending on the major?
Applicants compete as a whole, the school encourages students to choose their field of interest rather than having them spend energy on finding out a major¡¯s competitiveness.
Can a candidate apply for other universities as well as Ewha DIS?
If the entrance period does not overlap, candidates can apply to other schools.
What is the acceptance rate?
The acceptance rate is approximately 33% (1 student is chosen out of 3 applicants). However this acceptance rate may vary from year to year.

Is there any age restriction to apply to Ewha DIS?
No, there is no age restriction so long as the other admissions requirements are met.

How is the interview organized?
One student will be interviewed by two professors.
Can I arrange the time for the interview?
It is not possible for students to schedule the interview time.
What kinds of questions will be asked?
Though interview questions will vary, applicants will generally be required to have a strong grasp of the fields of international politics, economy, and current events. Questions may be relevant to the applicant's intended major at Ewha DIS.

What majors are offered at Ewha DIS?
The four functional majors available at Ewha DIS include: (1) Trade Negotiations, (2) International Business, (3) Development Cooperation, and (4) Diplomacy and Security.
Would it be possible for students to change their major during the semester?
You are free to transfer to other majors before the beginning of the third semester.

How many students receive scholarships?
The number of scholarships varies according to the budget.

What kinds of jobs are available for different track of majors?
There is a high demand for students from each of the four functional majors at Ewha DIS.
